Very pleased to say that I have a beautifully photographed article in Stampington's Haute Handbags
I made a small messenger bag with old patchwork.  Really lovely, faded colours, with free machine embroidered details.   Stampington have styled and photographed the bag so nicely.  Happy.

Say 'hello' to my new girl Brooches.  They are approx. 4" long/10cm.
Free machine embroidered and stuffed with dry rice.
I like to think that they like to sing together and talk about boys.

Strangely, I can't get on with wearing a thimble.  Thus, I have worn a hole in my sewing finger, that the needle keeps insisting on visiting ... sucks air through teeth.

I found this little Squirrel button in my collection today...so I popped him in the little tin piece, I posted yesterday.
Here is a Brooch in celebration of the bestest of friends.

I wanted to show you these samples purchased at Textile Society Antique Textile Fair at Manchester last Sunday.  Snippets of gorgeous information.
I love them just as they are.
