Thank you for your kind comments.  We had a superb evening.  Lost in another world for a couple of hours.  I quite honestly found it really difficult to contain my emotions watching the ballet, it was so very beautiful.
Anyway, I have popped a few photos taken today of our revamped kitchen.   We bought a cupboard and shelf unit from a wonderful shop in Shrewsbury, Shropshire ... Rustic & White and I had promised to send the shop a couple of pics, so I thought I would post them here too.
Cupboard and shelf, all pretty worn and tatty, but it's how I like them.
A metal cupboard, French I think, which we keep spices in.
My old faithful dresser, which we have had longer than I care to remember.   Full of chipped china and oddments.
These canisters were a gift from my Sis...love 'em.   Rachel Barker plate.
 More Rachel Barker plates.
Some of my Prinknash jug collection.
Thank you again for stopping by and for all your kind comments. x

  4. What a fabulous kitchen Viv, I have a cupboard in our flat, so no chance there, but my summerhouse is receiving quite a few shabby chic pieces. Lots of gorgeous ideas here, thank you for sharing.

  6. Well done to your daughter working on Swan Lake. I do like Matthew Bourne's interpretation, first saw it mmm a few years ago when I was a dance student. Your revamped kitchen is looking pretty fine, love your collections.
