Someone's knocking at the door, somebody's ringing the bell...

 Hello,
just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the recycled wooden hearts the current husband and I have collaborated on.
He has done his fret saw thing and I have done my arty thing :)
Looking forward to making more and popping an 'S' onto the end of Dog and Kitty Cat.
They are not in my Etsy shop at the moment, but if you would like to order one,
please contact me. x
The hearts are recycled wood and are approx 9cm long.
£8 plus £1 p&p Uk.  £8 plus £3.50 US/Europe.
I have added a MoP button too, as you do.
I have ideas for other designs too, it's exciting and makes me happy.
Thanks for stopping by. x
Wings

And the music keeps on playing on and on ....

Hello.
Well, just of late, the sewing machine has been a whirring, the Fret Saw has been a sawing, the needle has been flying, all in a happy flurry of making.
I have reacquainted myself with free machine embroidery, thoroughly enjoying wandering around fabrics with the needle going at full pelt.
Screen printing, painting and free machine embroidering, have been keeping me busy.

Now, not only has the young lady below got wings, but she also has Bunny ears, alright for some :)

And here...Bunnies showing off their finest buttons and
I wonder what she is thinking?
 Finally a Daydream Believer.
Blimey, what a random post, it's all I can muster.
The brain fog is a real pea souper these days.
A few of these pieces are in my Etsy shop, but if there is something you fancy and can't find it, please do not hesitate to send me a love letter, as I am very happy to help.
Thanks for stopping by.x

Please forgive me if I act a little strange, for I know not what I do...

 Hello,
I wanted to show you a few snaps I took last Thursday at the Vintage Christmas Boutique Fair at
The Sculpture Room, Woburn Abbey, Bedfordshire...
I can only say that the venue, organisation of the Fair and the stands were stunning.   I took a look around when we arrived and felt a little overwhelmed with the beauty of it all.
This is Jo's stand of hestanesta ... I felt like I were on the set of Downton Abbey.
Jo has the most impeccable style and exquisite taste.
To the right of my stand...

 and to the left!

BettyandViolet ... Ali's stand of exquisite antique clothing.

Just a little flavour of the other stands.

We arrived in a Pea Soup Fog and left in the dark, so we didn't get to see much of Woburn.
Looking forward to making a special visit to see this beautiful place.

Onto my work.
I have made purses from linen and screen printed subtley shaded birdies.

 Brooches in Etsy...
 and onto the next Fair.
The wonderful Vintage&Handmade Christmas Fair.

I have been working a few new ideas...
Pure linen embellished scarves,

I

 and cross body bags,
can't wait!

Well, that's me for now.   Thank you for stopping by. x
