The Fair that my daughter, Holly, and I did yesterday is situated in the old factory of Chubb Safe, Lock and Key .....no heating. As the day wore on, our life force ebbed away. Poor Holly fighting the urge to dither.
A few pics here of my items for sale.
I found this box of 6 Babycham glasses with original box at Oxfam last week. Could'nt say no, so used it to display my papier mache hearts.
Considering the blasted 'credit crunch' I did'nt do too badly. I met up with lots of friends, one of which being Sam of piccalily and blossom. She gave me a beautiful felt heart and card, which made my day!
Well I shall leave you all now, as Christmas has come out of the loft today!
Thanks for stopping by.x

Hi Viv , Your coat looks very stylish.
It was freezing this weekend so how did you cope!
Your stall is charming,I'm glad it was a good day for you despite the cold.x
Your stall looks fab, love the presentation!
Your coat looks great too, i'm pleased it survived the dry-cleaners!
Lovely coat and stall. Thanks for the contact by the way. I hope you did 'well'. Isn't it funny at craft fairs when everyone is really cagey about how 'well' they've done?
Such a lovely displays of your beautiful works! and you looking so well :-)
Your dry cleaning story doesn’t surprise me…it is amazing in a sad way that in living memory ‘young’ people know very little of life even 30 -40 years ago.
However moving on to your fantastic stall it looked wonderful. Using the Babycham glasses was inspired and a perfect foil to your creations.
Your stall looks very enticing! Fabulous coat - good job it survived the dry cleaning!
I love the stall it looks fab...now I have seen you I really dont know how you can apply the F word to yourself...you look perectly lovely to me!...I feel your dry cleaning story sounds all to familiar...perhaps you should write a Vicoria Wood style sketch..bags be Julie W...
Your display looks great, as do you in your lovely vintage coat!
