Featured in the piece is a 'how to make' one of my needlecases. 
This piece is featured, entitled 'For the Love of Buttons'. Just a pic, no explanation.
Below is featured though, a step by step of how to collage and embroider an old envelope. I opened up a very special, very elderly envelope and photographed it stage by stage, as the piece was worked.
All the staff at C P S are wonderfully kind and helpful, and as I was very nervous about writing this piece but they were very supportive.
Well I won't blow my trumpet any longer, I just wanted to share my news with you and to tell you how excited I am.

I have resolved my 'link' problem. I decided to use the 'blogs I follow list' in ......... A Blog List is much more than just a list of links: it's a live view of the blogs that matter to me. By default, my Blog List will show the most recently updated blogs first. Sorted!

Went for a grand walk today over Cannock Chase, along with the world and his wife, so many people out walking today. Such a strange day weather wise. A haw frost that looks like snow, grey skies and miserably cold. Had the sun shone, it would have been spectacular. Here are a few images:
