Please forgive me if I act a little strange, for I know not what I do...

 Hello,
I wanted to show you a few snaps I took last Thursday at the Vintage Christmas Boutique Fair at
The Sculpture Room, Woburn Abbey, Bedfordshire...
I can only say that the venue, organisation of the Fair and the stands were stunning.   I took a look around when we arrived and felt a little overwhelmed with the beauty of it all.
This is Jo's stand of hestanesta ... I felt like I were on the set of Downton Abbey.
Jo has the most impeccable style and exquisite taste.
To the right of my stand...

 and to the left!

BettyandViolet ... Ali's stand of exquisite antique clothing.

Just a little flavour of the other stands.

We arrived in a Pea Soup Fog and left in the dark, so we didn't get to see much of Woburn.
Looking forward to making a special visit to see this beautiful place.

Onto my work.
I have made purses from linen and screen printed subtley shaded birdies.
Available only in my madebyhandonline shop.
 Brooches in Etsy...
 and onto the next Fair.
The wonderful Vintage&Handmade Christmas Fair.

I have been working a few new ideas...
Pure linen embellished scarves,

I

 and cross body bags,
can't wait!

Well, that's me for now.   Thank you for stopping by. x

Wow Viv what an amazing setting. I considered going, but it was just that bit to far away for a visit and to get back in time for school pick up. Looks like an amazing day. x

What a beautiful and very apt setting for the fair. Woburn was the very first stately home I visited. Still remember going there.
Love the scarf especially.
(what have you done to David Gray?)!!

What a marvellous post Viv, full of gorgeous goodies in an amazing setting, I would have loved to visit that one, or maybe not as I would have definitely come away with an empty purse. Your new makes are gorgeous especially the scarf as you know I do love a bit of natural linen embellished with embroidery and lace - heavenly. jayne x

Hi Viv
It was lovely to catch up with you both at Woburn, I do love being very loud and badly behaved with your current husband!! I know my sister in law will be delighted with her pressie I bought from you. We have just picked up Pug number five...will do a post about her! Will catch up soon.
Lots of love
